Jubilee Parish Development Application Update
The original Jubilee Parish Masterplan development application was lodged with Brisbane City Council (Council) in August 2021.
In response to an information request from Council received in December 2021, the Parish has removed the Old St Bernard’s Church precinct from the original development application and submitted a separate application for this site. This changed approach intends to assist Council with the assessment process, but the intent and the general development parameters of the Masterplan remains the same.
The project team are now proceeding with the public notification process for the Masterplan and Old St Bernard’s application, which will enable the community to provide further comments on the proposed development applications. Broader details of the proposal and information on how to provide feedback can be found on the Brisbane City Council website at https://developmenti.brisbane.qld.gov.au/. The development application numbers for the Masterplan and Old St Bernard’s application are A005810773 and A006026590 respectively.
